Morgan Philips Group is seeking a Director Portfolio Management Office based in Hertfordshire, with hybrid working options. The role carries a salary of £145k to £155k with a standout candidate and includes a bonus and car allowance.

You will lead governance, planning and delivery across Group IT, connecting strategy, investment and execution. You will own the PMO, sponsor critical cross-functional projects and establish a strong operating rhythm.

Qualifications

• Experience as director or senior leader in portfolio governance and delivery within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to establish or transform PMO governance, planning and delivery.
• Strong communication, influencing and leadership skills across senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Portfolio Management Office with governance standards and operating rhythm.
• Coordinate delivery plans, provide transparent progress reporting and manage priorities, dependencies and risks.
• Sponsor or direct cross-functional strategic projects for CTO and Technology leadership.
• Drive mobilisation, execution and transition to business-as-usual with measurable outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive PMO team and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide concise reporting to executives and governance forums, highlighting decisions required and business impact.
