You will build upon an established following, mentor junior lawyers, and work with the national Employment, Pensions and Immigration practice to deliver strategic, high-quality advice.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience in employment law at Partner level or as an experienced Legal Director seeking Partnership.
• Established client following and/or strong referral network.
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent technical employment law expertise and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Leading on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a varied client base.
• Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team.
• Collaborating with national Employment, Pensions and Immigration practice to deliver high-quality advice.
• Contributing to business development initiatives and strengthening the firm's profile in Birmingham.
