Starling Bank is seeking a Head of Planning and Forecasting to transform planning processes across Operations. This includes implementing new tools and optimizing current methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency within the bank. This fixed-term role focuses on strategic alignment and performance management in a rapidly evolving banking environment.

We are now looking for a Head of Planning and Forecasting to join us for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract who will lead the transformation of planning and forecasting processes across Operations to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment. Drive the implementation of new tools, methodologies, and best practices across the organisation. This role will report into the Director of Operations Shared Services.
