We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Planning to lead our planning function and play a key role on our senior leadership team. This role is central to aligning production, supply chain, and commercial operations, ensuring we meet customer demand efficiently, sustainably, and cost-effectively.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead the company’s planning strategy to support operational and business objectives.
• Oversee production scheduling, demand forecasting, and capacity planning to drive OTIF and efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team of planners, while collaborating closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
• Leverage tools like SAP and QS to deliver data-led decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure the planning function remains agile and resilient.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in production planning or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, QS, and demand forecasting systems.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Confident communicator and collaborator, capable of influencing across functions and at senior levels.
• A customer-focused and commercially aware approach to planning.
