Qualifications

• Profiles with high-level agency billing experience, or current internal talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to design and run an end-to-end hiring engine for senior recruiters.
• Proven track record of building scale and shaping equity partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the headhunt and run like a billing desk to maximize revenue per hire.
• Define recruiter profiles across levels and map 100+ targets.
• Own ATS, scheduling, onsite and end-to-end interview process.
• Present weekly dashboards on outreach, qualified candidates, and offers.
