Government Recruitment Service seeks a Head of Organisation Effectiveness and Employee Experience to lead a transformational people-change agenda within the DVSA. You will partner with senior leaders, HR partners and trade unions to drive engagement and improve organisational performance.

You will translate insight into priorities, shape reward and employee experience policies, and build a high-performing team.

Qualificações

• Experience leading organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Strong capability in workforce insight and systems thinking.
• Ability to work with trade unions and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a specialist portfolio connecting organisational effectiveness, employee relations, engagement, reward and colleague voice.
• Use workforce evidence and feedback to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop approaches that strengthen engagement and visible action from feedback.
• Lead work on reward, benefits and the employee value proposition.
