This is a hands-on technical role within the Business Performance function, helping connect McLaren Racing’s People and Finance platforms with the wider enterprise technology landscape.
Working under the direction of the Associate Director, People & Finance Technology & Data, you will design, build, maintain and improve secure, reliable and scalable integrations. Your work will enable data and transactions to move accurately between Workday and other McLaren systems.
You will also work with enterprise technology teams to clarify system dependencies, ownership, controls and data flows, reducing manual hand-offs and enabling joined-up processes, reporting and decision-making across the organisation.

Are you?
You will bring experience as a Data Engineer, BI Developer, Data Analyst or in a similar role within a data-driven environment, or hold a relevant degree or qualification.
You will also have:
Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Workday Prism or Adaptive Planning would be advantageous. Familiarity with Power Automate or Power Apps would also be beneficial.
You will be analytical, organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will be able to translate technical data concepts for non-technical People and Finance users and build positive working relationships across teams.
You will remain calm and effective under pressure, adapt quickly to new systems and bring curiosity, attention to detail and a commitment to continuously improving data processes.
