Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head the Payroll, Pension and HR Administration function. You will oversee a professional, efficient service across the organisation, ensuring accurate payments, compliance and excellent customer focus.

Leading a dedicated team, you will modernise processes, champion digital innovation via SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS, and drive service improvement while maintaining robust governance and audit readiness.

Qualificações

• Experience leading payroll, pension and HR Admin services within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pensions administration and statutory compliance.
• Experience delivering service transformation and digital change initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant end to end payroll and pension services.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to Payroll and Payroll Administration teams.
• Drive governance, controls and performance management to ensure best practice.
