The Role
Hiscox has built a successful direct-to-consumer business in the UK, focusing on selling commercial insurance to Small and Medium Sized businesses, as well as distributing high-value home insurance to high-net worth customers. This success has been achieved through direct channels and key partnerships, contributing significant profit annually to the UK P&L.
With planned investment, Hiscox aims to accelerate growth. We are seeking an interim Head of Partnerships to lead the development of strategic partnerships and expanded distribution.
You will identify and secure new opportunities to grow our business and oversee the optimization of existing partners, with a focus on embedded insurance partnerships, including integration into third-party platforms. Your success will be measured by the number of new partnerships secured and revenue onboarded.
