We're after a hands‑on, partnerships leader who's excited by the idea of building something big, at serious pace. As Head of Partnerships & Affiliates, you'll be right in the thick of it, reporting into our CMO and working across every part of the business to drive serious growth.
This isn't about signing logos for the sake of it, we're looking for someone who is driven by the idea of managing one of our largest avenues of growth. Whether it's striking household name deals (of which we have many in the UK already), spotting overlooked opportunities in adjacent sectors, or even just scaling through the use of affiliate networks, you'll have the freedom (and accountability) to make things happen.
You’ll lead a small but mighty team across the UK and key international markets, starting with Spain, France and Germany, and help shape how we show up in each one. If you have a track record in figuring out how to get in front of customers before they even realise they need us, we should talk.
