Job summary

Inizio seeks a Director, OTC Operations to lead Collections and Billing within Global Finance Services. Based in Manchester with hybrid working, you’ll drive performance, governance and continuous improvement across the revenue cycle, including AI-assisted tools and external service providers.

You will partner with the Head of Global OTC and Finance leadership to ensure revenue integrity, compliance, and effective reporting while scaling operations for growth across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
• Senior leadership of a Billing or Collections function within a global shared service centre (SSC) or GBS environment - essential.
• 10+ years’ relevant experience including multi‑entity, multi‑currency OTC operations in a professional services or project‑based organisation.
• Experience managing external service providers and AI‑assisted or automated OTC tools.
• Experience with OTC platforms (Oracle, Maconomy or Certinia) preferred.
• Experience with OTC transformation, process improvement and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert thought leadership on Collections and Billing best practice across divisions and entities.
• Evaluate emerging tools and process innovations in Collections and Billing and translate into proposals.
• Drive standardisation and harmonisation of Collections and Billing processes across divisions.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex or disputed collection matters.
• Own the upstream data governance for billing inputs and ensure timely, accurate data flow.
