Job summary

Reboot, a leading organic search agency, seeks an experienced SEO leader to take ownership of organic search delivery during a 12‑month maternity cover contract. You’ll shape the strategy, coach the team and bring SEO delivery together around clear client goals, aligning with content and Digital PR to deliver measurable commercial progress.

You’ll lead a team of SEO specialists, run audits, set roadmaps, and ensure briefs, reviews and reporting are of high quality, with budgets and timing kept

Qualifications

• A track record of leading SEO strategy and delivery across multiple clients or a complex in-house portfolio.
• Strong practical knowledge of technical SEO and content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the organic team, strengthening SEO understanding and strategic judgment across strategy and content roles.
• Own SEO strategy across the client portfolio and define roadmaps with priorities, owners and measures of success.
• Collaborate with strategy, digital PR and data teams to align campaigns with client goals and search demand.
• Manage briefs, quality assurance and reporting; maintain budgets and capacity for delivery.
• Drive process improvements, automation and responsible use of AI in analysis and delivery.
