Job description

Location: UCL Campus, London

Rate of pay: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with flexibility as required by the contract.

Key responsibilities
  1. Report to the Account Director with full accountability for leading teams to ensure client needs are met within the contract SOP.
  2. Be part of the senior leadership team for the contract, managing 4 General Managers and overseeing 42 units.
  3. Represent the company professionally both internally and externally, maintaining integrity and credibility.
  4. Analyze statistics and trends to advise Managers on improvements and collaborate on strategy development for operations.
  5. Attend monthly and quarterly meetings with clients to review SLA delivery.
  6. Review client SLAs to prioritize targets and ensure the operation meets client expectations.
  7. Build positive relationships with clients and team members.
  8. Share operational insights, successes, concerns, and issues with the Account Director and senior team.
