Job summary

You will join the Management Team, drive transformation initiatives, optimise onboarding, regulatory reporting, and core operations while fostering a data-driven, scalable operating model. Strong leadership, analytics, and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational teams within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of customer onboarding, transaction processing, reconciliations and controls.
• Experience balancing business-as-usual operations with strategic change programmes.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and management information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and ensure service levels across the bank.
• Oversee onboarding, regulatory reporting, card and payment operations, reconciliations, and credit administration.
• Drive change initiatives, automation, and digitisation; embed into business-as-usual activities.
• Develop KPIs and monitor operational performance; manage data-driven improvements.
• Build and coach a multi-disciplinary operations team; ensure risk controls and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure regulatory and operational alignment.
