We’re a fast-scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand redefining travel innovation in the UK and Ireland—and we’re looking for a results-driven Head of Operations to lead the systems that power our customer experience, logistics, and business growth.

Location:

Remote (UK/Ireland-based)

Type: Contractor - Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Manage the order book and on time demand planning.
• Oversee logistics from production in Asia to final-mile delivery in the UK/Northern Ireland.
• Manage relationships with warehouse and fulfilment partners (3PL).
• Lead the customer service experience—automated, scalable, and on-brand.
• Integrate and optimize systems like Shopify for inventory, order flow, and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance and marketing on cost control, demand planning, and growth strategy.
• Partner with directors and supplier on New Product Development (NPD), ensuring seamless operational readiness from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support and manage social media activity—ensuring operations and content align with promotional campaigns and product availability.
• Help build the team and implement processes as we scale.

Who You Are

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
• Strong systems thinking—you're proactive about improving tools and workflows.
• Experienced with Shopify, 3PL coordination, and DTC / B2B logistics.
• A team player who can work across marketing, finance, and customer service.
• Analytical, hands-on, and excited to work in a growing startup.
• Autonomy and ownership from Day 1.
