Practice Plus Group in the Health in Justice division is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee a cluster of services across the South Central directorate. The role is home based with travel to sites and reports to the Operations Director, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant and patient-focused care.

You will manage 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £80,000 to £90,000 per year, and access bespoke training, career development, and leadership support within a national framework.

You will work across the South Central cluster of the South & Immigration Removal Centres Directorate and will be responsible for HMP Isle of Wight, HMP Winchester, HMP Ford and HMP Lewes. This role is home based, with travel to sites across the directorate as required. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the operational management of a cluster of services within Health in Justice sector. You will work closely with the Operations Director and Head of Nursing & Quality to ensure services are safe, effective, compliant, financially sustainable, and patient-focused.

Salary & Hours

This position is full time working 37.5 hours per week. You will receive an annual salary of £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
