An inspiring opportunity awaits a Head of Operations to join a thriving food business and play a pivotal role in driving the company through remarkable growth and commercial success.

As the Head of Operations, you will lead all factory operations and oversee the overall manufacturing strategy, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. These KPIs include quality, health and safety, yield, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

This role emphasizes both people and processes. It will be your responsibility to implement strategic processes that drive success. The business requires an influential leader who can inspire the team, provide a clear vision, and foster a high-performing culture.

You will play a crucial role in promoting operational excellence across the site, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
