Role

As the Head of Operations, you will be accountable for and have full control over the brand, from the day-to-day operations through to supporting the strategic direction of the future business.

1. You will need to roll your sleeves up to get the ongoing operation up to standard and to be best in class, ensuring the highest standards and customer experience are delivered and maintained to consistently drive sales forward.
2. You will drive changes within the business, implementing commercial procedures and standards to improve ongoing performance.
3. You will be an ambassador for the brand and take accountability for identifying new opportunities for future growth.
4. You will implement key business focuses in a forward-thinking, flexible, and innovative way.
5. You will be responsible for recruitment, performance management, and ongoing development of your team.

Person

• You will have a proven track record in food and beverage within the restaurant or broader hospitality sector.
• You will have experience working in branded environments and understand the benefits of standardization of policies and processes to drive success. Ideally, you will also have worked in a more entrepreneurial setting and be energized by working in an unstructured environment, motivated by autonomy and room to develop yourself and the brand.
• Alongside delivering exceptional results, you will have significant exposure to and ideally ownership of a range of central operations functions.
• You will be entrepreneurial, highly commercial, results-driven, and possess strong analytical skills.
• You will thrive in ambiguous situations and enjoy the challenges of not knowing what each day will bring.
• With a positive attitude, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager, adept at succession planning and performance management.
