Based on-site, you will drive the transformation of performance through continuous improvement, standardised management systems, and behavioural change programmes that boost safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Excellence, or Business Transformation within a complex industrial environment.
• Proven track record of delivering substantial and sustainable cost savings through improvement programmes.
• Demonstrated success in leading cultural and organisational change.
• Experience managing portfolios of cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, or operations environments.
• Experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of the site's Operational Excellence strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, problem-solving, and operational discipline.
• Establish operational excellence as a core leadership expectation throughout the organisation.
• Champion employee engagement in continuous improvement initiatives across all site functions.
• Act as the site's subject matter expert for Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Performance Excellence methodologies.
