Head of New Business - World Coffee Portal

Location: London HQ (5 days on-site, 1 day WFH post-probation)

Reports to: CEO

Package: £55-65k base + uncapped commission (OTE £100K+) + equity (after 2 years of service)

The Opportunity

Are you a seasoned sales executive ready to lead the charge in the hospitality industry's business intelligence? World Coffee Portal seeks a dynamic individual to drive the adoption of our premium business intelligence services and Global Coffee Institute (GCI) memberships. This role is all about high-value client engagement and revenue growth—no team management, just you and your sales expertise.

Your Targets

New Business Hunting (60%)

  • Transform intelligence buyers into GCI members.
  • Secure enterprise contracts with expanding hospitality chains, market-savvy investors, and strategic partners.
  • Outperform legacy research providers through superior data offerings.

Account Expansion (40%)

  • Upgrade report purchasers to full GCI memberships.
  • Cross-sell advisory services.
  • Lock in multi-year renewals at premium rates.
