Physics World in Oxford is seeking an exceptional Head of Physics to lead our MRI Physics team and drive the development of innovative quantitative MRI methodologies, imaging biomarkers, and software technologies that are transforming patient care.

Qualifications

MSc, PhD or equivalent in MR Physics or related field.
Demonstrated leadership of scientific or technical teams.
Experience delivering complex MRI/photonics programmes in multidisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the MRI Physics team.
Define and deliver the Physics roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Drive development of quantitative MRI technologies and products.
Own delivery of Physics programmes and projects with quality and prioritisation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, and Scientific teams.
