Brookfield Community School has a fantastic opportunity for a Head of MFL to join their dedicated team. As Head of MFL, you will be required to develop excellence in pedagogy and accelerated progress for all students in your subject area. The successful candidate will also be responsible for department staff, other relevant personnel, and students within the subject area.
The successful candidate will have the ability to teach KS3, KS4, and KS5 in Spanish. This post would be an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about their subject and has a real interest in developing young people. They will demonstrate an approachable manner, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate and manage the behavior of students. The successful candidate will have the highest expectations of our students and will be keen to develop their practice.
