The role reports to the UK Sales Director and involves leading UK sales to National Merchant, Independent Merchant, Merchant Buying Groups, and Industrial Customers, leveraging the company's market presence for high quality, service, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will contribute to sales strategy and culture, and lead channel sales performance. They will oversee a Merchant Team of 13, with 4 direct reports, demonstrating leadership and supporting the UK business's commercial goals. Building a broad network to support growth and strengthening relationships with trade partners are key aspects of the role.
