Salary:

Up to £50,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including 26 days annual leave, pension, life insurance, and flexible working.

Job Description:

Our client, a leading Trade Association based in Southwark, London, is seeking a Head of Membership Engagement to join their team. The role involves developing and implementing strategies for membership engagement, recruitment, and retention to support the organization’s growth and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and enhance current membership engagement strategies
• Build relationships with members at a senior level
• Identify and target prospective members across the UK
• Manage membership applications and renewals
• Coordinate member meetings and events
• Develop and execute a membership growth plan
• Gather feedback through surveys and improve member services
• Collaborate with the team to promote member activities

Person Specification:

• Significant experience in growing and managing membership services, preferably in trade associations or similar organizations
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at senior levels
• Experience with CRM systems and administrative processes
• Ability to network effectively and work collaboratively across teams
