The work centres on setting the department's strategic and operational direction, raising teaching, learning and achievement, and shaping an ambitious curriculum with senior leaders. Within a multi-academy trust, the post brings trust-wide professional development and scope for progression into wider leadership. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the role requires an enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK.
