Job Title: Head of Marketing & Operations

Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)

Reports to: Founder & Leadership Team

Start Date: ASAP

Overview

Sachi Skin is a high-growth, founder-led clinical skincare brand focused on melanin-rich skin, advanced formulations, and thoughtful innovation. We are seeking a commercially driven, strategic, and operationally sharp Head of Marketing & Operations to lead the day-to-day execution and strategic growth of the brand. This role sits at the heart of the business, bridging vision with execution across marketing, community, influencer, PR, and CX teams, while building scalable systems to support international expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Own and drive the execution of all marketing and operational initiatives in line with company goals. Translate brand vision into tangible plans across channels: email, social, content, influencer, paid media, and partnerships. Lead end-to-end project management across all campaigns and launches with clear milestones, accountability, and performance tracking.
  2. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Management: Manage and coach a distributed cross-functional team (community, influencer, PR, CX, operations), ensuring alignment, productivity, and morale. Collaborate closely with the Founder, Wholesale Director, and Social Media, Community/Influencer team. Work with key agencies to drive growth.
  3. Marketing & CRM: Oversee the Brand Plan, CRM strategy, campaign management, segmentation, and flows using Klaviyo or similar tools. Ensure customer journeys are optimized across touchpoints (Shopify, CX, email, SMS, social, loyalty). Implement marketing automation and track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention.
  4. Brand Growth & Partnerships: Oversee the Brand Calendar to drive growth through digital campaigns, PR activations, influencer collaborations, and strategic brand partnerships. Deliver regular updates to founders on marketing performance, operational bottlenecks, team progress, and budget tracking. Identify and implement process improvements and tech upgrades as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  1. 5-7+ years of senior-level experience in DTC marketing and/or operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, wellness, or luxury lifestyle.
  2. Proven track record in campaign execution and revenue-driving marketing initiatives.
  3. Experience managing CRM, CX, and operational tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion, Trello).
  4. Familiarity with digital advertising and data-driven decision-making (Meta, Google, GA4) and working with agencies.
  5. Strong leadership skills and experience managing remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and coordinate teams.
  7. Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, beauty PR, and scaling in global markets (Asia, US, EU).
