Job summary

Seed Talks is seeking a senior marketing leader in London who will own the marketing function end-to-end, turning founders’ goals into a clear strategy, targets and quarterly plans. You will manage the budget and channel mix across paid media, email, social and creative, working with the Head of Growth to align commercial strategy with programming decisions.

The role offers a 4.5-day week, hybrid working, a company share scheme and a performance bonus within a fast-growing, mission-led startup

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing leadership roles.
• Experience managing a budget and cross-channel campaigns.
• Experience with international markets.
• Understanding of psychology/science/culture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the marketing strategy and quarterly plans.
• Lead and develop the marketing team and shape its growth.
• Own the marketing budget and allocate spend across channels.
• Oversee paid social and paid search campaigns with testing.
• Drive growth in international markets (USA, Australia, beyond).
• Identify, test and scale new marketing channels and partnerships.
