Job Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, organised and creative Head of Marketing to lead the development of the Jackton Distillery brands. As a young and ambitious distillery with global aspirations, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth, expanding our reach, deepening our customer engagement, and bringing the RAER story to life across multiple channels and markets. The Head of Marketing will play a central role in shaping how the world sees, experiences, and connects with Jackton Distillery brands. This is a diverse, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on being a part of a team and building a department from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Manage and grow RAER’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
Lead and manage all brand, digital, trade, and consumer marketing activities.
Manage external marketing agencies and internal team.
Oversee and provide content creation, PR, and collaborations that elevate brand visibility and engagement.
Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and reporting on KPIs and ROI.
Work closely with Sales, Events and Tourism teams to ensure consistent messaging and market-specific strategies.
Represent the brand at key industry events, and in our shop.
Design and produce in-house marketing materials including graphics, ads, and promotional assets.
Oversee photo and video shoots to ensure alignment with brand storytelling.
Maintain visual consistency and tone across all digital and physical brand touchpoints.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Leadership skills with experience working in a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience in marketing
Technical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and Videography all preferred.
Valid UK driver's license
