Job description

Beverley Holidays is a dynamic and forward-thinking holiday park committed to delivering exceptional and unforgettable customer experiences. As a key part of our Senior Leadership Team, we are now seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and help drive growth across multiple revenue streams.

The Role:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive revenue, occupancy, customer acquisition, and retention. This high-impact role involves leadership of the internal marketing team, management of external partners, and active collaboration with heads of Sales, Operations, Finance and IT, and to ensure collaborative and aligned strategies across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy across digital, print, PR, email, social, and display channels
  • Drive lead generation and maximise return on investment through innovative and targeted campaigns
  • Oversee and guide all marketing activities for key revenue areas: holiday bookings, holiday home sales, and on-site operations
  • Lead a data-driven approach to customer engagement, segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Enhance the company's digital presence, including website development, app improvement, and automation tools
  • Manage the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications
  • Collaborate with external agencies, tourism bodies, and media partners to build strong partnerships and PR opportunities
  • Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing marketing team
  • Actively contribute to the Senior Leadership Team to shape overall business strategy and success

About You:
  • Minimum 3 years of senior-level marketing experience, ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector
  • Strong digital marketing revenue experience essential
  • Proven track record in leading multi-channel marketing strategies across varied revenue streams
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating a team
  • Proficiency in e-commerce, digital marketing tools, automation, and analytics platforms
  • Commercially minded with strong strategic and financial awareness
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • A creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

Working Hours:

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours, including occasional weekends, bank holidays, and event coverage as needed.

This role is based on-site, with the potential to work up to one day a week from home.
