Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end brand strategy across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, compelling brand narrative.
• Work on social media campaigns, especially on TikTok, including influencer, affiliate, and UGC strategies.
• Shape and execute brand, digital, and growth marketing strategies.
• Develop and oversee multi-channel campaigns (paid social, SEO/SEM, email, influencers) to drive customer acquisition and ROI.
• Use analytics and consumer insights to inform strategy, measure success, and iterate on campaigns.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across brand and performance channels.

You Are

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sector.
