Job summary

Aliaxis UK is seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead and transform our UK manufacturing operations in Huntingdon. You will drive safety, quality and cost performance across sites, developing leaders and embedding a culture of accountability and engagement.

Reporting to the Regional Manufacturing Director, you will manage major investments, sustainability initiatives and regulatory compliance while collaborating with regional stakeholders to share best practices and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Proven track record delivering business results and leading large teams.
• Strong experience in continuous improvement, asset optimisation and CAPEX delivery.
