We are looking for a leader with strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and interpersonal skills, with leadership experience, to lead the project team responsible for long-term maintenance agreements at customer power plants in the UK and Ireland, including the world’s most powerful gas turbine, the 9000HL at SSE’s Keadby power station.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the Major Project Management Team, promoting Siemens Energy Leadership Essentials to foster a culture of excellence and empowerment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Drive strategic and cultural transformation, creating an inclusive environment that values safety and employee satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development, ensuring team members have recognized qualifications.
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and implement solutions to meet contractual and financial goals.

What You Bring

• Degree in engineering or a related field, with a recognized Project Management Qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APMP).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an engineering service company, with a background in project management, hardware supply, or service contracts.
• Knowledge of the power generation market and large rotating equipment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and team leadership skills.
• Flexibility and self-motivation to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
