Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a care home to keep a clean, well-maintained environment ensuring residents feel at home. You’ll lead a maintenance team, manage day-to-day tasks, and support budget planning while liaising with contractors for specialised work.

The role requires hands-on property maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, a full UK driving licence, and IT literacy. GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are expected.

Responsibilities
