Job summary

IWFM is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead our multi-site maintenance operations with a hands-on, senior role. The ideal candidate will oversee PPM, reactive repairs, and compliance across the portfolio, while managing budgets and external contractors.

This position requires proven leadership in estates or facilities, strong communication skills, and an ability to drive health and safety standards. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Senior maintenance/estates background with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of building compliance and health & safety legislation.
• Experience leading maintenance or engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong budget management and cost-control experience.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) essential before start.

• Relevant facilities, engineering, building services, or construction qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
