Talantir is seeking a Corporate Head of M&A to lead its acquisition strategy and execution in London. This senior leadership role partners with executive management to drive inorganic growth and manage complex transactions from target screening to closing.

You will oversee financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring, coordinate external advisors, and guide post-merger integration, presenting recommendations to the board and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisory.
• Strong track record of leading and closing transactions.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the company’s M&A strategy in line with overall business objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes from initial assessment through closing
• Oversee financial analysis, valuation, and business case preparation
• Manage external advisors including investment banks, legal counsel, and due diligence providers
• Support post-merger integration planning and execution
• Present recommendations and investment materials to senior leadership and board stakeholders
