My client, an FCA Regulated firm specialising in digital assets, is looking for a Head of Legal to oversee the legal strategy and risk management of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and ensure compliance with global regulations, providing strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Manage and coordinate regulatory projects with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments in the digital assets space and assess their impact.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements, including SaaS licenses, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and HR to manage corporate structure and governance matters.
