Job Description:

My client, an FCA Regulated firm specialising in digital assets, is looking for a Head of Legal to manage the overall legal strategy and risk management of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading regulatory strategy and ensuring compliance with existing and emerging global regulations; providing strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Managing and coordinating regulatory projects with internal teams (e.g., Compliance and Business) and external stakeholders (e.g., counsel and regulatory bodies).
• Monitoring regulatory developments in the digital assets space and assessing their impact on the business in the UK and overseas jurisdictions.
• Drafting, negotiating, and executing a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS license agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborating with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to ensure optimal management of corporate structure and governance matters.
