Job Description:

My client, an FCA Regulated firm specialising in digital assets, is looking for a Head of Legal to manage the overall legal strategy and risk management of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and ensure compliance with existing and emerging global regulations, providing strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Manage and coordinate regulatory projects with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, Business) and external stakeholders (e.g., counsel, regulatory bodies).
• Monitor regulatory developments in the digital assets space and assess their impact on the business in the UK and overseas jurisdictions.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS licenses, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to ensure optimal management of corporate structure and governance matters.
