My client, an FCA Regulated firm specialising in digital assets, is looking for a Head of Legal to manage the overall legal strategy and risk management of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and ensure compliance with existing and emerging global regulations; provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Manage and coordinate regulatory projects with internal teams (Compliance, Business) and external stakeholders (counsel, regulatory bodies).
• Monitor regulatory developments in digital assets and assess their impact on the business in the UK and internationally.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements, including SaaS licenses, vendor contracts, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to ensure proper corporate structure and governance.
