Job summary

Acteon Group, a leading engineering consultancy, is seeking a Head of Legal to oversee legal, contractual and compliance support across ASE’s international engineering operations.

The role requires a commercially astute in-house lawyer who can advise on complex engineering services, IP, liability limits, risk management, governance and disputes, reporting to the EVP and Group General Counsel.

Qualifications

• Commercially astute in-house lawyer with experience advising on engineering services.
• Experience with consultancy appointments, professional liability and IP matters.
• Ability to manage risk, governance and compliance across international operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal risk and opportunities across ASE’s international engineering projects.
• Draft and oversee contracts, governance frameworks and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with leadership teams including project directors, commercial, engineering, finance and tax.
