We’re partnering with a celebrated London restaurant group to find a visionaryHead of Kitchen Development.This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely the Chef Director to mentor chefs, streamline operations, and elevate the group’s renowned focus on seasonal sourcing and progressive team culture.

The Role:
• Lead and develop Head Chefs/Sous Chefs across 5 sites
• Design training programmes (Sous Chef pathway, workshops, apprenticeships)
• Optimise kitchen systems, sourcing, and supplier relationships
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture rooted in craft and respect

The Ideal Candidate:
• Proven multi-site leadership in high-end kitchens
• Passion for mentorship and team development
• Strong operational skills (scheduling, compliance, supply chain, market man)
• Deep respect for seasonal produce and traditional techniques
