Salary: £70k-£75k + Car allowance

I'm working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology leader to take ownership of cyber security, IT infrastructure and digital transformation within an established UK organisation.

This is a varied leadership role combining strategic influence with hands‑on technical oversight, offering the opportunity to shape the organisation's technology roadmap and strengthen its security posture.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the cyber security strategy, including ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and NIST CSF.
• Overseeing IT infrastructure, cloud services and security tooling.
• Driving digital transformation, technology improvements and AI governance.
• Managing IT service delivery, suppliers and key technology projects.
• Leading and developing the IT team while working closely with senior leadership.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a senior IT or information security leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks and information assurance.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and security technologies.
• A track record of delivering technology change and leading technical teams.
