Job summary

Honda Motor Europe Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive delivery of IT projects aligned to the European business roadmap. You will partner with senior sponsors, define business cases, and manage budgets while delivering change across multiple programmes.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with ISD, and ensuring solutions meet security and architectural standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large scale IT programmes across multinational environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to tackle complex problems and provide pragmatic solutions.
• Experience delivering IT projects with internal staff and 3rd party partners.
• Experience managing complex IT project budgets.
• Ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders including board members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery of a group of IT projects supporting wider business change objectives.
• Define business cases with sponsors and manage IT changes impact on processes and users.
• Ensure goals meet business objectives within budget and timescales; prioritise initiatives with leadership.
• Collaborate with ISD to align deliverables with architecture, security and design principles.
• Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies for programme delivery.
