Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience overseeing IT and digital services across multiple sites.
• Proven track record in service delivery, ITIL-aligned operations, and modern workplace technologies.
• Strong cybersecurity leadership in regulated environments or sensitive data contexts.
• Experience delivering major IT systems, platforms and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own group-wide IT and digital services strategy, governance, and technology roadmap.
• Lead IT service delivery across service desk, infrastructure, and business systems.
• Drive implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management across the organisation.
• Identify and embed AI technologies to improve business outcomes.
