Job summary

Amco is seeking a Head of IT to lead the technology strategy, drive service delivery, digitalisation, and information security across our Redditch operations. You will manage a small IT team, partner with senior management, and shape the roadmap for our systems and digital platforms.

The role requires 5+ years leading an IT department, experience in logistics/manufacturing environments, ITIL, Microsoft 365, and strong stakeholder communication up to board level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading an IT department and team management.
• Experience delivering IT strategies and road maps in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication up to board level.
• Proven ability to lead IT projects, including development and infrastructure upgrades.
• Knowledge of cyber security best practices and IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations ensuring high availability and performance of systems and services.
• Lead IT projects, including development, infrastructure upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop and own an IT road map aligned with business objectives.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and third-party relationships.
