Job summary

WeDoData is recruiting an experienced Head of IT for a Bucks education client. You will lead a busy Tech Support team (5), oversee networks, drive IT projects and manage suppliers to keep systems secure and reliable across multiple sites.

You will shape IT strategy, budgets, disaster recovery and data security, working with senior leaders to plan improvements while delivering a high level of service to staff and students. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an IT service and leading a technical team.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune.
• Experience across networking, cloud and hybrid environments, PowerShell and automation.
• Ability to manage budgets, projects and ensure high service levels for staff and students.
