Elizabeth Finn Homes seeks Head of IT & Digital to ensure secure, reliable technology across care homes, support functions and corporate systems. You will lead the digital strategy and roadmap, oversee infrastructure, and champion data protection and regulatory compliance.

The Head of IT & Digital will be responsible for ensuring that all care homes, support functions and corporate systems have secure, reliable, resilient and cost-effective technology that enables high-quality care, regulatory compliance and business growth.
They will lead on the development and delivery of the group's digital strategy and roadmap, lead cyber security and data protection initiatives, oversee infrastructure and business-critical applications, and ensure excellent IT service delivery across a geographically dispersed estate.
The Head of IT & Digital role will be a member of the Senior Management Team.
These are the main duties that are required to fulfil this role. However, it will sometimes be necessary for the post holder to perform other duties as required to ensure provision of our services to our residents.
