Cencora is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead the compliance and advisory work for non-US entities, focusing on transfer pricing policies, documentation, and OECD-based analyses. You will collaborate with Group Tax and finance teams, and support ad hoc tax projects globally.

The role requires IFRS/BEPS knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree and professional accounting designation (CA/CPA/CTA or equivalent).
• Strong work ethic with accountability and ownership.
• Comfortable with a fast pace and switching between priorities.
• Good IT skills and interest in using technology to improve efficiencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence others.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Prepare/update transfer pricing documentation based on OECD guidance and local requirements.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and interpret results for planning and support.
• Update and implement transfer pricing arrangements as needed.
• Coordinate with finance teams to assess intercompany charges against arm's length principles.
• Assist in maintaining SOX controls over transfer pricing policies.
• Support other tax compliance/advisory projects as needed.
• Help develop processes to analyze tax impacts of proposed legislation or transactions.
