Job summary

ICAEW is seeking a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager to support multinational clients in developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies aligned with global operations. You will conduct analyses, prepare documentation, and collaborate across tax, legal and finance teams.

The role requires at least 3 years in transfer pricing or international tax, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and financial modelling, with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting or related field required.
• Advanced degree or professional qualification such as ACA, CTA, CFA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies aligned with global operations.
• Conduct detailed economic and financial analyses including IP valuations and intercompany pricing.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports.
• Support planning, compliance and controversy matters in transfer pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in tax, legal and finance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative culture.
