Job summary

Cencora is seeking a lead in Transfer Pricing to manage compliance and advisory for its non-US operations. You will set up, monitor and update TP policies across the group, ensuring documentation meets local requirements and aligns with OECD guidance.

The role requires collaboration with the International Tax team and business finance across regions, along with supporting other corporate tax initiatives and process improvements. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ownership.
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing compliance and advisory for non-US Cencora entities.
• Develop, update and monitor transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Coordinate with international tax and business finance teams on policy implementation.
• Prepare benchmarking studies and assess intercompany charges against arm's length standard.
• Support ad hoc tax projects and model transfer pricing implications of transactions.
• Contribute to group-wide tax process improvements and SOX controls.
